Refund and Returns Policy

At Big Dude LLC (BigDudeCart), we want you to love every purchase you make. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds under the guidelines below.

1. Returns

You can return most items within 30 days.

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Certain products (personal care items, clearance, or customized goods) are non-returnable for hygiene or final-sale reasons.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email update.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after that time, please check with your bank or card provider as processing times may vary.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided instead.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping labels are provided for defective or incorrect items only. For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped. Once your order is processed, it can only be handled through the return process described above. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process outlined above.
